BOOST DESIGN® offers no hassle returns and exchanges on all products returned in it's original condition.

If the customer is looking to exchange a size for something different, they must pay the shipping fee to return the product and we will send the correct size once the other product has been returned.

Merchandise must be returned within 30 days.

Items must have all original tags attached.

Refunds take 5 to 7 business days to process.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage.

All items on sale are non-refundable.

Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Please note that we are only able to exchange items for a different color or size of the same item.
